Max Netflow has been a great upgrade for our company. They have helped us upgrade our old methods as well as given us all the tech support and security needed. They are always very easy to get ahold of with anything that is needed. Much less stress when it comes to IT. We appreciate these guys....5 stars.

Will and his team have been so helpful bringing my small company into the 21st century. Our tech was very outdated and we use an AOL email address. Max Netflow is helping us create a new email system which will help us divide and organize emails as they come in and go out. Max Netflow is also available to answer any and all questions in a very timely manner. They are fast and efficient. I am confident in their service and never worry about IT issues anymore. 5 stars!!

I have been working with Will Max for about 5 years. Our experience with his company, Max Netflow, has been always positive and is a valued and trusted partner. We reached out to them initially to solve network problems and that eventually led to include them in plans to upgrade and grow our old infrastructure. Max Netflow brought our small non-profit into the 21st Century. With the immediate need to work from home due to the COVID-19 pandemic Max Netflow took our very in-person infrastructure into the cloud. Our server was a nightmare, our phones were hanging on by a thread, and our file security was non-existent. We're now moving a lot more smoothly and safely through our daily tasks and the remote support is unmatched. Max Netflow met us where our needs were so our learning curve was minimal. The remote chat is something we use daily, we have never had such quick and intelligent service from IT. We are so thankful to have Max Netflow as our IT services and recommend them to any business, no matter the size.
